FAQs

How often does Junction Theatre Academy meet?

JTA meets on Saturday mornings for three hours between 10am-1pm. However, in show terms, classes may be timetabled slightly differently. We will make sure to inform you of the full schedule or changes at the earliest chance

Our terms are 12 weeks long.

I don't want my child filmed? Can they still take part in Summer Schools?

That is no problem at all. All our projects that include filming will also involve a live version too. Whilst we encourage for as many students to be involved in the digital side of the company; we understand this isn't always possible and will come up with alternatives for your student to be involved in.

Before each film shoot, we will always ensure that participants have signed any release forms before digital content of your child is filmed and subsequently released onto our social media

Can I join halfway through the term?

Yes! Of course, you can! We welcome students at any point in the term at no extra cost!

We work on a monthly direct debit system, however, at the point of enrolment will simply take payment for the weeks remaining of that month, then we will send a form to set up your monthly direct debit.

If it is show term we will be more cautious about when your young creative can join depending on the length of the run up to the show date.

Absolutely! That's what we love about our adult classes. As freelancers ourselves, we understand the importance of being flexible with schedules.

There are no upfront payments here or commitments to dates! Just show up on the date and have fun!

How are payments set up?

We work on a monthly direct debit setup. Once you have finished your free trial and you feel ready to join, we will get you to fill out a form either in person or via email to set up your direct debit.

Payments come out monthly, splitting the 12-week course fee equally over the course of the four months.
